Objective
At large-scale conventions like Cisco Live, attendees are constantly moving between hotels, restaurants, and the convention center. Traditional signage can't follow them. Cisco needed an innovative way to extend brand visibility beyond the venue walls — while actually serving attendees with sustainable, memorable transportation.
Solution
VIP Outdoor Media deployed a fully electric fleet of 89 branded pedicabs across downtown San Diego. Over 4 days, the fleet provided 9,000+ rides and traveled 12,460 miles, operating as moving billboards and sustainable shuttles. Each ride averaged 8 minutes of one-to-one brand immersion. Attendees photographed, shared, and posted the experience — creating organic reach long after the ride ended. The activation blended brand utility, sustainability, and storytelling, proving that movement can be one of the most powerful media channels in experiential marketing.
